Sandoz officially certified as Global Top Employer 2021

Basel, January 25, 2021 – Sandoz, a Novartis division, is pleased to announce that it has been officially awarded “Global Top Employer 2021” certification for the third year in a row. This year, Sandoz was one of only 16 Top Employers recognized for their outstanding HR policies and practices worldwide by the Top Employers Institute.

Sandoz is certified in 30 countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and USA.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains comprising 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
